Prices quoted are in GB Pounds per week. Cleaning charge of 65 euros is payable to my property managment agent.
Terms and Conditions
Rental bookings are taken for any day of the week, subject to availability. The minimum booking is for one week.
Booking Deposit:
A booking deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday is required to secure booking. This should be paid within 7 days. The deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation Charges:
The cancellation charges are as follows:
Time before booking. Amount Charged
8 Weeks Deposit + 20%
6 Weeks Deposit + 40%
4 weeks Deposit + 60%
2 weeks Deposit + 80%
1 weeks Deposit + 100%
Breakage and security deposit:A refundable security/damage deposit of £100/-, is payable.
The security deposit is refunded after inspection of the property usually within 4 weeks
Balance payment:
Full payment of the booking is required 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Credit or debit card payments: For your peace of mind we accepted all major credit cards for this property. Credit card payments are administerd by Villarenter a large holiday rental company. To pay by credit card visit http://www.golfcampoamor.co.uk/. The Credit Card payments are in Euros.
Additional Cost:
A cleaning charge of 65 € is payable on each booking. This is payable to Mr.Graham Leadley of Cabo Roig Property Hounds who is my local agent.
If change of linen is require the charge is 20€
Meet & Greet Charges:
There are no fee charged to meet and greet Monday to Friday between 8 am to 8pm and Saturday up to 4pm. A fee of €20.00 is charged Monday to Friday between 8pm and 10pm and Saturday 4pm and 10pm. A fee of €30.00 is charged at all other times. This fee is paid locally.
Discounts:
Last minute discounts: 10% discount if booking start date is less than 30 days away
Longstay discounts: 10% discount if booking length is greater than 21 days.
Earlybird discounts: 10% discount if booking start date is over 90 days away. Small Family Discounts: 5% additional discount for families of 4 or less members.
Only one discount will apply for each booking.
Large Family Surcharge:
A 10% additional charge will apply for families of more than 6 mambers.
Tennant Agrees:
1.To look after the property with due care.
2. Not to cause any willful damage to the property
3. Pay for any damage caused to the property.
The Owner agrees:
To let the property in a clean condition, and provide the facilities as indicated the website.
How to book The Villa
Booking of the Villa has been simplified. For your security we accept all major Credit Card and also accept Pay Pal.
Booking by Credit Card: Booking with Credit Card can be done direct by clicking the following link. Select Price and Availibility. Select dates that you require and follow instruction. There are discounts for early booking, last minute booking and long stay which will apply automatically. A 25% deposit secures your booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the vacation. The payments are in Euros. There is no Credit Card charges for the consumer.
Booking by Pay Pal: We also accept booking with Pay Pal. To see the advantages of Pay Pal click the link . To book with Pay Pal check the availibility, contact the owner requesting those date and that you wish to pay using Pay Pal. You will be invoiced via Pay Pal. There are no charges to the consumer. If you want any other clarification contact the owner
