This fully furnished 3 bedroom house is within the gates of the Royal Golf club, Lomas De Campoamor. It is set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. It is just a short walk to the wonderful clubhouse, bar and restaurant. The Club house is at the highest point of the development. It enjoys stunning, views over the golf course, to the countryside and coastline from La Zenia to the Mar Menor and La Manga.

The house, is in a small row of just 6 houses. It has 3 large bedrooms with 2 superbly fitted, bathrooms. It will sleep up to 8 adults. It has a large living/dining room and well equipped kitchen and utility room. It enjoys two sun terraces.

The Living and Dinning Area

A large living area has patio doors that lead to a terraced back garden and communal swimming pool. The room is air conditioned. The sofa will double as a bed. There is television with English channels,DVD player and music system. There is a separate dining ares

The Master Bedroom

The double bedroom is large and spacious with fully fitted wardrobes. It is air conditioned.It has a separate east facing sun terrace. There is a further larger sun-terrace upstairs in front.

There is a twin bedroom on each floor.It is spacious and has fully fitted wardrobes.

The Ktichen and Ulility

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with gas hobs,electric oven. It has a fridge freezer,toaster,coffee maker, microwave,blender,juicer. It has saucepans,utensils,cuttlery and crockery. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and ironing board.

The Swiming Pool

A large communal swimming pool with sun bathing area and fresh water showers for residents and guests is situated at thenback of the house.

Nearby Activities

The Campoamor area is a haven for golfers. The villa is on the Royal Golf club development. The Las Ramblas golf course just 300 yards from the main gates of Campoamor golf club. Villamartin golf course is less than a 10 minute drive.
Beaches:There are a number of blue flag beaches within 10 minutes drive from the Villa. The water is crystal clear and warm. The most popular beaches are La Zenia ,Campoamor, Lo Pagan and the host of beaches on the Mar Menor.

The other of activities close to the house, including Tennis, Go-Karting, Bicycle hire, water sports, Aqua park and horse riding. There is also a play area near the hotel and clubhouse for younger members of the family. The house is situated on a truly stunning development and it is in an excellent position to explore both the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida, with car hire prices in the region being very inexpensive. A visit to the nearby city of Elche / Elx is recommended.
